Notice regarding the temporary lack of availability of the EMOTIONS gift card

Due to scheduled system maintenance, the EMOTIONS gift card will not be available for purchase or redemption from 11pm on 13 September 2026 until, provisionally, 6pm on 15 September 2026.

This applies to all locations within the Europa-Park Resort – including Europa-Park, Rulantica Water World, Eatrenalin, the themed hotels and Silver Lake City – as well as the digital channels in the Mack International Ticket Shop, the Europa-Park & Rulantica app and on VEEJOY. Please note that this includes both EMOTIONS gift cards with a PIN and those without a PIN.

We recommend having alternative payment methods to hand. Thank you for your help and understanding.

Ticket exchange

Purchased undated tickets (incl. free tickets and complimentary tickets) must be exchanged into date-specific tickets prior to your visit.

When exchanging your tickets, a surcharge may be applied if the valid entry price exceeds the purchase price of the tickets.

Day-dated tickets can't be rebooked via ticket exchange.
