2. Can I also have tickets delivered by email?
Tickets in the Ticket shop are available exclusively in digital form as an e-ticket. In addition, you can buy tickets by email as usual via the guest service (+49 (0) 7822 77-6688) or in the Online shop (shop.europapark.de) in combination with a gift box.
3. Are the tickets personalised?
Purchased tickets are not personalised. For example, they can be given away without problems - commercial resale is however forbidden.
4. Will there be a combined ticket for Europa-Park and Rulantica?
During certain periods, we offer the 'Ride & Slide' ticket, a combi-ticket of a day visit to Europa-Park and an evening visit to the Rulantica water world. See here for further information.
5. Do I need an account to buy tickets?
The purchase of tickets is only possible with an account. More information on how the data is handled can be found under Privacy policy.
Having an account enables you and us to track orders and provides more security when buying tickets. You can always see and manage purchased tickets in your profile (when you forgot to print them for example), change your personal data or benefit from additional offers, even on different platforms.
1. What is the MackOne Account?
The MackOne Account is your centralised log-in service for the digital world of the Europa-Park Theme Park and Resort.
Since March 2021, one central MackOne Account is enough to log in on many of our websites and apps and use their services.
2. Which advantages does a MackOne Account offer?
Your MackOne Account allows you to use many of our websites and mobile apps with just one set of log-in data. Whether on your computer or on your smartphone or tablet, you can conveniently use all connected services without having to log-in or register again. You can also manage your personal data yourself in the MackOne Account, see your recent activity and select individually which information you would like to receive in the future.
3. Which services can I currently use with the MackOne Account?
The following services are currently available using a MackOne Account:
More platforms of the Europa-Park Theme Park and Resort will be added to the MackOne Account in the future.
4. How much does it cost to register and use a MackOne Account?
The registration and use of the MackOne Account is free of charge.
5. Can I share my MackOne Account with other people?
No. Your MackOne Account is in your name. Passing it on to third parties is not permitted.
6. Who is offering the MackOne Account?
The MackOne Account is a service of the Europa-Park GmbH & Co Mack KG, Europa-Park-Straße 2, 77977 Rust.
1. Do I have to re-register?
Your login details will remain unchanged. You can log in as usual.
2. I use a password manager and cannot find my old login details.
Normally, your password manager should continue to offer your usual login details for auto-fill even after the MackOne account has been changed. In rare cases – and depending on the configuration of your password manager – you may need to adjust the website entry in your password manager. 3. l had previously maintained several standard billing and delivery addresses. I can no longer find them.
It is no longer possible to save multiple default billing and delivery addresses. From now on, you can only save one billing address and, if different, one delivery address.
4. I can no longer find the ‘Activities’ tab.
The ‘Activities’ menu item no longer exists. The features contained therein are currently no longer available.
5. Do I have to provide my telephone number?
No, providing your telephone number is optional.
However, it helps our guest services team to contact you more quickly and provide support in urgent cases.
6. I have been experiencing issues since the changeover. Who can I contact?

Registering a MackOne Account without an existing Mack International ticket shop or Europa-Park Online Shop Account
1. How can I register a MackOne Account?
You can register directly via https://userprofile.account.mackone.de. Alternatively, you can register on all connected platforms (see answer: I.3) via the ‘Create new account’ button.
2. Can I use the MackOne Account without registering?
No, in order to use the MackOne Account you have to register an account.
3. Why have I not received a registration confirmation email?
Please check the spam folder of your inbox. If you haven’t received a confirmation email with an activation link for your MackOne Account, you can ask us to resend the activation link. To do so, please re-enter your email and password in the log-in fields. This will automatically generate a new activation link. Please note that each activation link is only valid once. If an activation isn’t confirmed within 14 days, it will be deleted automatically. Confirming your registration after this time is not possible.
4. Why isn’t my email address accepted?
Please check for typos in the email address you entered. Additionally, the email address used must follow the correct email format (i.e. correct@format.com).
5. Which information is required in order to register a MackOne Account?
For the initial registration of a MackOne account, we require an email address, a password and your full name. You can later add additional information in order to complete your profile.
1. How can I log in with a MackOne account?
Once registered, you can log-in to all connected websites and mobile apps (See answer: I.3) via the respective log-in area. The log-in data are the same everywhere. This means you will use the email address and password provided when registering for you MackOne Account. If you already have an account for the Mack International ticket shop and/or the Europa-Park online shop, the answers V.5, 6 and VI.1 will help you.
2. I have put down a wrong email address when registering my MackOne Account. How can I change it?
In order to change your email address, you will have to register for a new MackOne Account with the correct email address.
3. I forgot which email address I used to register my MackOne Account. How can I find out my email address?
Due to data protection laws, we cannot provide information regarding registered email addresses. Tip: Search in your email inboxes for a MackOne Account confirmation email. If you cannot find it, please register again with the preferred email address.
4. I have forgotten my MackOne Account password. How can I reset it?
If you have forgotten your password, you can reset it after you entered your email address at https://userprofile.account.mackone.de and clicked on Forgot password.
5. How can I change my MackOne Account password?
You can change your password any time in the MackOne account management.
6. How can I log out of my MackOne Account?
You can log out using the ‘Log out’ icon in the top right-hand corner of the navigation bar. Alternatively, you can do so on the connected platforms (See answer: I.3) directly.
1. How can I delete my MackOne account?
You can easily delete your MackOne Account yourself: Please log in to userprofile.account.mackone.de with your login data, click on the menu item ‘Account data’ and confirm the deletion by clicking on the ‘Delete account’ button.
After a successful technical review, the MackOne Account will be deleted from all our systems. This can take up to 4 weeks. Please note that the deletion cannot be revoked and a deleted account and the products purchased with it cannot be restored - rented VEEJOY content, for example, is no longer available.
Please note that we are legally obliged to store e.g. invoices containing personal data for a statutory period. After this period, the data is automatically deleted.
If you cannot log in, contact datenschutz@europapark.de for the deletion.
2. What can I do in order to restore my deleted MackOne account?
Due to data protection laws, we delete your account information irrevocably. It is therefore not possible to restore a deleted MackOne account.
3. What can I see under ‘Newsletter settings' in my MackOne account?
Under ‘Newsletter settings', you can view and manage which newsletters you would like to receive from us in the future – tailored to your selected interests.

2. Can I pay with the EMOTIONS gift card?
The new EMOTIONS gift card (with PIN on the back) can be used as a payment method in the Mack International ticket shop. Please note, that EMOTIONS cards without PIN can only be used on site at the Europa-Park Resort or by calling our Guest Service. Please note, that currently up to five EMOTIONS gift cards can be used per purchase.
1. How long is my Europa-Park day ticket valid and is there an expiry date?
The ticket is date specific and valid only on the booked day. It cannot be exchanged and expires if not redeemed on the booked date. Already bought seasonal tickets have to be exchanged for date specific tickets prior to your visit.
2. How long is my Europa-Park 2-day ticket valid and is there an expiry date?
The 2-day ticket is date specific and valid only on the booked days. It cannot be exchanged and expires if not redeemed on the booked dates. You must redeem the second day within 6 days from the first visit. Already bought seasonal tickets have to be exchanged for date specific tickets prior to your visit.
3. Do I have to print my ticket?
No, you do not have to print your ticket, and our environment thanks you if you don’t. You can simply display the ticket on your smartphone.
4. May I resell my ticket?
No, commercial resale is prohibited.
5. How can I book tickets for different events at once?
To do so, click on ‘Add to cart’ at the desired event. You can then buy all the tickets in the shopping cart at once.
6. Do I also have to buy a Europa-Park ticket for Event Tickets?
No, all you need is the Event Ticket, except for an additional visit to Europa-Park outside the event, in which case you will need to buy a Europa-Park day ticket.
7. Can I buy tickets outside of Germany?
Yes, tickets can also be purchased outside Germany.
8. What if I forget my ticket?
That's no problem, you can easily display your ticket on your smartphone.
9. can I include my car numberplate when purchasing a parking ticket?
Currently, you can only enter your car numberplate for reserved parking and at the Europa-Park visitor parking lot. This is to speed up entry and exit by automatically opening the barriers without you having to hold the ticket's QR code up to the scanner. Nevertheless, please have the OR code on your ticket ready in case the barrier cannot be opened via numberplate recognition.
10. What happens to my numberplate entry when I purchase a parking ticket for reserved parking?
If you have entered your vehicle numberplate when purchasing a ticket, this will only be stored for the time you are using the parking space as well as for entry and exit and then deleted again.
Please note that the vehicle numberplate entered can also be found on the ticket itself.
11. How long is my parking ticket valid?
If you have an undated parking ticket, it is valid for one year from the date of purchase.
If you have a dated parking ticket, it is only valid on the date stated on the ticket.
12. How do I redeem my parking ticket?
The day-dated parking ticket is scanned at the barrier when leaving the visitor car park and thus redeemed.
13. How do I exchange my dated parking ticket?
If you are unable to visit on the day of your planned visit, you can exchange your parking ticket in advance via the Guest Services. Exchanges after the day of the visit are not possible.
14. Can I use the visitor car park without a parking ticket during my visit?
To exit the Europa-Park visitor car park, you need a valid parking ticket. You can purchase this via your MackOne account or on site at the parking ticket machines.
15. What happens to parking tickets that have not been redeemed?
If you have not redeemed your parking ticket within the validity period, it will expire.
16. Can I enter my vehicle registration number when purchasing a parking ticket?
Vehicle number plate recognition to speed up the exit is currently not possible in the Europa-Park visitor car park.
At present, you can only enter your licence plate number for the 'Reserved Parking' car park at the main entrance to Europa-Park. This serves to speed up entry and exit by automatically opening the barriers without you having to hold the QR code of the ticket to the scanner. However, please have the OR code on your ticket ready in case the barrier cannot be opened via licence plate recognition.
17. I have a date sepcific parking ticket for an evening event that lasts until after midnight. Will my parking ticket still be recognised at the barrier after midnight?
Yes, the date specific parking tickets are valid until 3:59 am the following day.
1. How can I buy tickets for wheelchair users and accompanying persons?
Applicable for Europa-Park:
Guests with visual impairments (blindness) - Proof of disability with corresponding indication of blindness required.
The reduced admission price of €35.00 is granted on presentation of a valid disability certificate.
Guests in wheelchairs (paraplegia) - Proof of disability with corresponding note required. Only applies to guests with paraplegia who are permanently dependent on a wheelchair.

2. Applicable for Rulantica:
Guests with diabilities will receive a special admission rate. On presentation of your disability ID featuring ‘B’, ‘Bl’ or ‘aG’, the accompanying person will receive free admission. Please bring your disability ID on your visiting day.
3. How can I book tickets for a group?
Tickets for groups of 20 or more can be booked at europapark.de/groups & rulantica.com/groups. (pre-registration is required.)
4. How do I receive discounted tickets for pupils, students and seniors?
Discounted tickets for seniors (aged 60+) can be obtained as normal via our ticket system.
Discounted tickets for pupils are only available for school classes of 10 or more. Booking and further information at europapark.de/schooltrip & rulantica.com/schooltrip
There are no reduced rates for students.
