Our website offers a shop system which can be used to purchase tickets/products or make reservations for a fee. To purchase a product or service, first place it in your basket. There is no obligation to go through with the purchase at this stage. Then enter your details, either by logging into your MackOne account or by entering your billing data. The accessibility requirements are based on the German Accessibility Improvement Act (BFSG), particularly on Sec. 14 BFSG in conjunction with Annex 3 No. 1 BFSG, and on the underlying ordinance (BFSGV), particularly Secs. 12, 19 BFSGV. The specific technical measures of our website are based on the European standard EN 301 549 and the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG), Version 2.2, Conformance Levels A and AA.
3. Details on accessibility
This website partly meets the requirements of WCAG 2.2 AA. However, some elements and functions do not comply with the guidelines yet.
This assessment is based on a self-assessment carried out with myAbility Social Enterprise GmbH on 25 April 2025.
We intend to rectify these shortcomings as soon as possible in the course of technical and editorial revisions.
