Ticket purchase information
Please note:
When purchasing tickets online, you will receive a provisional cinema ticket, which must be exchanged for an admission ticket for Magic Cinema at the box office. Direct admission with a provisional ticket purchased online is not possible for technical reasons.
Children aged 6 to 11 may only watch films with an age rating of 12 or above if accompanied by a person with parental authority (e.g. mother, father or legal guardian). Written permission or accompaniment by adult supervisors (e.g. siblings, family friends) is not sufficient. Compliance with this rule will be checked on site.
