Notice regarding the temporary lack of availability of the EMOTIONS gift card

Due to scheduled system maintenance, the EMOTIONS gift card will not be available for purchase or redemption from 11pm on 13 September 2026 until, provisionally, 6pm on 15 September 2026.

This applies to all locations within the Europa-Park Resort – including Europa-Park, Rulantica Water World, Eatrenalin, the themed hotels and Silver Lake City – as well as the digital channels in the Mack International Ticket Shop, the Europa-Park & Rulantica app and on VEEJOY. Please note that this includes both EMOTIONS gift cards with a PIN and those without a PIN.

In the stylish restaurant Sala Santa Isabel, a glass of prosecco is served as an aperitif at the beginning of the evening. The Chinese fondue forms the first course of the menu. Afterwards, you can feast on the meat fondue to your heart's content. The sweet finish is the chocolate fondue.
